Our Story
Outlaw Organic Farm is a small, organic farm in Genoa, NY, specializing in exceptional, salad-ready greens for smaller families, couples, and individuals. Julia, farmer and founder, brings years of experience in regenerative agriculture on small-scale vegetable farms. Unlike larger CSAs, this farm focuses on high-quality, fresh greens—no more filling your fridge with 10 lbs of beets!—designed for easy, everyday meals. Located on a 20-acre property just north of Ithaca in Genoa, Outlaw Organic Farm is dedicated to connecting community to quality produce.
